Akkukierrätys Pb compiles annual data on the import volumes of lead-acid batteries as well as the amounts of collected and recycled lead-acid batteries. The statistics are submitted to the Licensing and Supervisory Authority, which acts as the producer responsibility authority. Based on the information received from producer responsibility organisations, the authority compiles national statistics.
